KJ Tait Facilities worked closely with KJ Tait Engineers and the appointed managing agents to ensure that there was a smooth transition during handover with the operation and maintenance of the Mechanical and Electrical services. A competitively tendered maintenance contract was in place well in advance of handover which allowed the maintenance engineers to attend client demonstrations, become fully mobilised and familiar with both the building and the management team.
