KJ Tait Facilities have been appointed by Standard life to provide facilities management services to their investment portfolio throughout the UK. This is a 5 year commission and incorporates 45 managed properties including 12 shopping centres and 15 prime office buildings in central London. This commission also involves providing Energy management services to reduce the energy consumption of these premises.
