KJ Tait have been commissioned by Santander Global Facilities to provide FM Consulting Services for their UK Head Office estate.

 

The commission is to provide direct support to Santander and their procurement arm Aquanima, in the procurement of a TFM contract covering all of their Head Office estate including the recently acquired Alliance & Leicester and GE (Money) sites. Santander believes the TFM approach will enable them to harmonise and improve service delivery across its portfolio whilst achieving best value for money.
