Waterfront Dundee

BAM Properties have developed over 90,000ft² of office accommodation on the Waterfront Site in Central Dundee. The first of these was Compass House, a 30,000ft² office building, which was constructed in 38 weeks from the start of piled foundations to occupancy by the Scottish Executive. The building is the new Headquarters for the Scottish Executive Care Commission, specially planned and fitted out to meet their exacting requirements, including full compliance with up to date provisions for the disabled. The architects were Holmes Partnership. A further 60,000ft² of office accommodation is currently under construction.
