A 96 acre High Technology Business Park in Livingston. Responsibilities included addressing the capacity of all incoming utilities, the co-ordination of utilities and ensuring that the best commercial costs were obtained. Due to the nature of Tenants, resilient high speed IT connectivity was a particular requirement for this site. The utilities proposals were pro-actively reviewed to ensure they reflected the Client’s needs, ensure that the solutions were not short term and to avoid outages when additional buildings were brought on line.
