Cramond Campus is a Residential Housing Development within the grounds of the former Dunfermline College of Education surrounded by mature woodlands, a designated Archeological site and the Historic Cramond House.

This joint venture between AMA and Bryant Homes saw AMA create 81 flats and houses finished to a very high standard synonymous with AMA in Edinburgh. The development has 32 2/4 Bedroom Apartment, 12 4 Bedroom Town Houses, 14 4 Bedroom Court Houses and 22 4/5 Bedroom Detached Houses with up to 329m² of total floor area.
