This Project is the re-development of the former Scottish Provident HQ building in St Andrew Square. The existing building was designed by Rowland Anderson Kinnimouth & Paul in 1961. The intention is to create a mixed use development that will contain 100,000ft2 of office space on the upper floors, large retail units on the lower floors and a residential development in No3.
