This project has a site area of 64,000ft2 and comprises an underground Car Park with Ground Floor Retail Units, 30,000ft2 of Commercial Space and 200 Residential Units. The building is a three storey with brick façade. The site is a new development adjacent to established housing. Each Bedroom has an En-Suite Shower and Toilet. To complement the private facilities there are six Assisted Bathrooms with Specialist Equipment, two Passenger Lifts, a Central Laundry and Commercial Scale Kitchen facility.
