KJ Tait Facilities operate from offices in Aberdeen, Cambridge, Edinburgh and Glasgow and employ both industry and academically qualified Consulting Engineers with strong links to the British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM) and the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE).
Our Facilities Management Department was established in 1992 and has a core team of dedicated Facilities Engineers. The Facilities Department is supported by design and envivronmental engineers with KJ Tait Engineers.
KJ Tait Facilities has invested in the training and skills of the Facilities Management team and can offer professional Facilities Management services to the UK property market. The facilities team specialise in the management, operation and maintenance of building services within all property sectors.
